Marcus Cole opens the first Wings over location at 244 W Hamilton Ave, State College, PA with just 12 seats, one fryer, and a menu of 8 sauces. Lines form within the first week.
Named "Best Wings in PA" by Food Monthly
Just two years in, Wings over earns its first major media recognition, putting the brand on the map statewide and sparking a flood of new customers from across Pennsylvania.
Second Location & Delivery Launch
Wings over opens its second restaurant and launches its first delivery service, partnering with local drivers to bring the wingsover experience directly to your door across the greater State College area.
The Legendary Sauce Lab Launches
Wings over invests in a dedicated culinary R&D kitchen — the "Sauce Lab" — where the team develops over 20 new signature sauces in one year, including the now-iconic Honey Gold Habanero.
